WBO welterweight (147 pounds) titlist and seven-time world champion Manny Pacquiao truly is a world wide phenom, even as he prepares to face Top Rank Promotions' stablemate and ex-champion, Antonio Margarito, on Nov. 13 in an HBO pay per view televised bout at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium for the vacant WBC junior middleweight (154 pounds) title.
